Coaching Services

Services are tailored to meet and support clients on their unique personal journeys. Although the context, objectives and process may be different in working with corporate and individual clients, what remains consistent is my commitment to my clients and my philosophy of coaching the “whole person” as they appear in both work and personal settings.

While no engagement is considered typical, the following is an overview of how a client engagement may proceed:

  • Create clear and measurable goals
  • Initiate assessment tools to solicit additional perspectives
  • Engage in powerful conversations to raise awareness and challenge assumptions
  • Assign homework to be completed between sessions
  • Provide structure to stay on track
  • Recommend helpful resources
  • Leverage practices to support resilience, growth and sustainable change
  • 12 one-hour meetings over a six-month period
  • Conversations either in-person, by phone or Skype, depending on location and preference
  • Provide a safe and trusting space for conversations
  • Listen intently and deliberately
  • Share observations and make connections
  • Bring attention to blind spots
  • Encourage new insights, awarenesses and ways of seeing
  • Support new behaviors
  • Drive accountability for progress
  • Partner to deliver results and achieve significant change

Clients may choose to engage in a series of individual 360-degree feedback interviews to provide additional context, perspective and insights.

Coaching relationships encourage clients to come to new insights, awareness and ways of seeing. The following assessment surveys and tools may be used to help clients to see themselves as others see them, bring attention to blind spots, envision their future, or balance life priorities.

  • Leadership Circle Profile
  • Hogan Assessment Tools
  • Personalysis Assessment
  • Visioning Exercise
  • Wheel of Life Exercise

Clients may opt to have their team meetings observed to provide insights relative to their leadership style and effectiveness, as well as to monitor their progress in implementing change.
